The UTOG car rental fleet of 400 late model Lincolns, Cadillacs and Camrys are all equipped with the finest navigational equipment and computerized dispatching software. In January of 2000, UTOG began to focus a division of their service on corporate events. Since then, we have become the company of choice throughout New York City for those organizations whose sole business it is to run group events or large gatherings. UTOG handles these business necessities from top to bottom with coordinators organizing the details of the event transportation long before it occurs. To date, UTOG has been the sole organizer of over 2000 corporate events and average one every other day throughout the year. We are very proud of the fact that the USTA has chosen UTOG as the single and sole car service to handle the US OPEN for 2006 and 2007 and we have already been invited back for 2008.

Our on-site dispatchers are some of the finest in their field and our event reporting allows the customer to see each and every aspect of the transportation business before and after the usage. We will post all guests to cars, group riders based on geographical proximity, meet and greet customers at both pick up and drop off points and make a professional showing all the way through. We provide spreadsheets for guest attendance and all specifics of the related car service needs.
