All potential drivers undergo an extensive background check concentrating on past employment, credit, criminal and any and all TLC and DMV infractions before being considered into the UTOG training program.
Each new driver goes through a one month driver training course concentrating on customer safety at all pickup and destination points, geographical skills to the street level and general rules of the road
A 30 man inspection team is on the road every day to ensure drivers adhere to strict dress and cleanliness codes published in the UTOG rulebook.

Our Drivers

UTOG drivers own their late model Lincoln Town Cars or Cadillac, and Toyota Camry. Which UTOG equips with state of the art voice and computer communications systems. Cars must be kept in perfect condition and are subject to frequent inspections.

Before joining the company each driver must undergo thorough screening, a rigorous driver training program and navigational tests. Excellence reaps rewards, and our drivers enjoy the highest per car earnings of any service in New York City.
