UTOG Terms of Service
Reservations:
UTOG accepts reservations around the clock seven days a week and we give price quotes on demand. We reserve the right to limit the number of reservations taken at peak periods and during bad weather conditions. During these times our corporate account clients have priority. On the rare occasions when a driver is late it will be due to circumstances beyond our control and, provided we have a phone number for you, we will keep you informed.
Airport Pickups:
We guarantee to check with the airline for updated arrival information, but cannot be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. If a plane arrives earlier than scheduled passengers must call UTOG to advise. The standard waiting time is applied for all pickups.
No Show Fee:
If a passenger fails to meet the car or driver at the designated location and pickup time the full trip will be charged. Passengers who cannot locate their car or driver must call UTOG to avoid No Show billing and get assistance.
Wait Time:
Charges for wait time start 8 minutes after the reservation pick-up time and 20 minutes after a live request.
Cancellations:
Any trip cancelled 30 minutes or less prior to the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full amount of the trip.
Local Service:
The minimum charge for local trips is $20.
Gratuities:
These are optional.
Out of Pocket Charges:
These are additional.
Holiday Surcharge:
None.
Pickup Surcharge:
None, except for packages, for which a $10 premium is charged.
Guarantee of Service:
At UTOG we do everything possible to ensure that every single reservation request is honored. Unfortunately, there are occasionally circumstances that may prevent us from taking a reservation, such as exceptionally high volume of service requests, and prohibitive weather or traffic conditions.
